EXTRAVAGANT LOVE

While we were yet in weakness

(powerless to help ourselves),

at the right time Christ died for

the ungodly.

Now it is an extraordinary thing

for one to give his life even for an

upright man, though perhaps for

a noble, lovable and generous

benefactor someone might even

dare to die.

But God shows and clearly proves

His own love for us by the fact that

while we were still sinners, Christ

(the Messiah, the Anointed One)

died for us.

(Romans 5.6-8).

THANK YOU LORD JESUSĀ  FOREVERMORE!

Yearnings Beyond Words

Yearnings Beyond Words

For we were saved in this hope,

but hope that is seen is not hope.

For how can one hope for what she

already sees.

But if we hope for what is still unseen

by us, we wait for it with patience and

composure.

So too the Holy Spirit comes to our aid

and bears us up in our weakness.

For we do not know what prayer to

offer nor how to offer it worthily as

we ought, but the Spirit Himself goes

to meet our supplication and pleads

in our behalf with unspeakable

yearnings and groanings too deep

for utterance.

( Romans 8.24-26).

presented your members as servants

of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading

to more lawlessness, so now present your

members as servants of righteousness for

holiness.

For when you were servants of sin, you

were free in regard to righteousness.

What fruit did you have then in the things

of which you are now ashamed? For the

end of those things is death.

But now having been set free from sin

and having become servants of God,

you have your fruit to holiness and

the end everlasting life.

For the wages … Continue Reading
