Do not fret because of evildoers, nor be envious of the workers of iniquity.
For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.
These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace.
In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.
Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, Who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each one’s praise will come from God.
You will guide me with Your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Do not fret about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God.
And God’s peace which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above; it comes down from the Father of all light, in Whom there can be no variation or shadow cast by His turning.
For His divine power has bestowed upon us all things that are suited to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him Who called us by and to His own glory and excellence.
Now to Him Who , by the action of the power that is at work in us, is able to carry out His purpose and do superabundantly far over and above all that we dare ask or think, infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams- To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen.
Give, and will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, sheken together, and running over, will they pour into your bosom. For with the measure you deal out, it will be measured back to you.
