It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ, Who has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand- with angels, authorities and powers in submission to Him.
He sets aside the first to establish the second. And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.
Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He Who promised is faithful.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
For if you do these things, you will never fall, and you will receive a rich welcome into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Therefore, dear friends, since you already know this, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of lawlwss men and fall from your secure position. But grow in thegrace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be glory both now and forever! Amen!
By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgement and destruction of ungodly men.
He is patient with you, not wnating anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
