Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared

with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest,

and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests.”

When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said

to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened,

which the Lord has told us about.”

So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying

in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what

had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what

the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered

them in her heart. The shepherd returned, glorifying and praising God for all the

things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.

(Luke 2.13-20).

HALLELUJAH! THANK YOU LORD JESUS FOREVERMORE!

Thererfore , as sin came to the world

through one man

and  death as the result of sin

so death spread to all men

because all men sinned.

Sin was in the world before

ever the Law was given

but sin is not charged to

men’s account where

there is no law.

Yet death held sway from

Adam to Moses

even over those who did not

transgress as Adam  did.

Adam was a type of the One

Who was to come.

But God’s free gift is not at all

to be compared to the trespass.

For if many died through one man’s

falling away, much more profusely

did God’s grace and the free gift

that comes through the undeserved

favor of the one Man Jesus Christ

abound and overflow for many.

( Romans 5.12-15).

Reflect on these verses. Pray and thank

God for His immesurable free flowing grace.
