Strip yourselves of your former nature which characterized your previous manner of life and becomes corrupt through lusts and desires that spring from delusion; and be constantly renewed in the spirit of your mind, and put on the new nature in true righteousness and holiness.
In the spiritual battle against the spirits of darkness and wickedness in the supernatural sphere we have to put on God’s full armamentarium. Tighten the belt of truth around your waist. Put on the breastplate of right standing with God, the boots of the Gospel , the Best News Ever to stabilize you,the shield of faith to defend you, the helmet of salvation to protect your head and the sword of God’s Word to help you fight and win
