So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering the hope we cherish and confess our acknowledgment of it, for He Who promised is reliable and faithful to His word.
By this new and living waywhich He initiated, dedicated and opened for us through the separating curtain, that is through His flesh,
And since we have such a great, wonderful and noble Priest Who rules over the house of God,
Let us come forward and draw near with sincere hearts in unqualified assurance and complete conviction engendered by faith
(by that leaning of the entire human experience on God in absolute trust and confidence in His power, wisdom and goodness),
having our hearts sprinkled and purified from a guilty conscience and our bodies cleansed with pure water.
So let us seize and hold fast and retain without wavering the hope we cherish and confess and our acknowledgement
of it, for He Who promised is reliable and faithful to His word.
We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure.
Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He Who promised is faithful.
After you stand the test of patient endurance you will receive God’s approval and the crown of life which God has promised to those who love Him.
Christ is therefore the Mediator of an entirely new agreement so that those who are called and offered it may receive the fulfillment or the promised everlasting inheritance.
