MEDITATE FOR HIS PEACE
Finally, brothers and sisters,
whatever is true, whatever is
worthy of reverence and is
honorable and seemly,
whatever is just,whatever is pure,
whatever is lovely and lovable,
whatever is kind and winsome
and gracious, if there is any virtue
and excellence, if there is anything
worthy of praise, think on and weigh
and take account of these things,
meditate on these
( fix your minds on them).
Practice what you have learned
and received and heard and seen
in me , and model your lifestyle
on it, and the God of peace
will be with you.
( Philippians 4.8 and 9).
MEDITATION POINTS
Please meditate on these:
1) Thoughts that are beautiful.
2) Wholesome, true, noble, just,
pure, lovely thoughts.
3) Thoughts of good report, of virtue
and praiseworthy.
Always meditate on these things.
4) When you do this and pursue
a Godly and Jesus Christ centered
lifestyle, the God of peace and the
peace of God will be with you and
fill your life.
AMEN!
REMEMBER HIS WORKS
Praise the Lord!
I will praise and give thanks
to the Lord with my whole heart
in the council of the upright and
in the congregation.
The works of the Lord are great,
sought out by all those who have
delight in them.
His work is honorable and glorious
and His righteousness endures forever.
He has made His wonderful works to be
remembered.
The Lord is gracious, merciful and full
of loving compassion.
He has given food and provision to those
who reverently and worshipfully fear Him,
He will remember His covenant forever
and imprint it.
He has declared and shown to His people
the power of His works in giving them the
heritage of the nations.
The works of His hands are absolute truth
and justice.
All His decrees and precepts are sure.
They stand fast and are established forever
ever and are done in truth and uprigthness.
He has redeemed His people
He has commanded His covenant forever.
Holy is His name, inspiring awe, reverence
and godly fear.
The reverent fear and worship of the Lord is
the beginning of wisdom and skill.
A good understanding have all those who do
the will of the Lord.
Their praise of Him endures forever.
( Psalm 111).
Consider the following:
1) The Lord’s work is creation and salvation.
2) His work is blessing, grace, mercy and compassion.
3) Our admiration and appreciation increase as we are
made aware of His power to establish truth, justice and
righteousness.
4) Reverent respect of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is
the first essential step and prerequisite starting point of
wisdom for life.
REMEMBER HIS BENEFITS.
THE LORD FORGIVES, HEALS,
RESCUES FROM DESTRUCTION.
HE CROWNS YOU WITH HIS
LOVINGKINDNESS AND
TENDER MERCIES AND
REJUVENATES YOU.
Bless the Lord, O my soul and all
that is in me, bless His holy name.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and
do not forget all His benefits.
Who forgives all your iniquities,
who heals all your diseases,
Who redeems your life from
destruction, who crowns you
with lovingkindness and tender
mercies,
Who satisfies your mouth with
good things, so that your youth
is renewed like the eagle’s.
(Psalm 103.1-5).
Let’s review the quoted verses of Psalm 103
and remember our Lord’s benefits:
1) He forgives all your iniquities.
2) He heals all your diseases.
3) He rescues your life and grants you eternal life.
4) He crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies.
5) He satisfies you with His goodness and renews your youth.

Of course the heartfelt, deepest response to God’s love is
endless admiration, gratitude, appreciation and love.
He lavishes us with His generous benefits which He downloads
daily and we praise Him, adore Him, serve and love Him and
demonstrate this by loving and serving His children.
