Give thank to the Lord, for He is good;

His love endures forever.

Command them to do good, to be rich

in good deeds, and to be generous and

willing to share. In this way they will lay

up treasure for themselves as a firm foundation

for the coming age, so that they may take hold

of the life that is truly life.

What you heard from me, keep as the pattern

of sound teaching, with faith and love in Christ

Jesus. Guard the good deposit that was entrusted

to you- guard it with the help of the Holy Spirit

Who lives in us.

Endure hardship with us like a good soldier of Christ Jesus.

Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil;

cling to what is good.

Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good

health and that all may go well

with you, even as your soul is getting

along well.

(III. John 2).

HALLELUJAH! THANK YOU LORD JESUS FOREVERMORE!

“Whoever would love life and see good days must keep his tongue from evil

and his lips from deceitful speech. He must turn from evil and do good.

He must seek peace and pursue it.

For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and His ears are attentive to their

prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.

(I. Peter 3.10.-12).

Dear friends, I urge you, as aliens and strangers in the world, to abstain from sinful desires,

which war against your soul. Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse

you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day He visits us.

Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good.

Anyone who does what is good is from God.

Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God.

Many have undertaken to draw an account of the things that have

been fulfilled among us, just as they were handed down to us by those

who from the first were eyewitnesses and servants of the word.

Therefore, since I myself have carefully investigated everything from

the beginning, it seemed good also to me to write an orderly account

for you, most excellent Theophilus, so that you may know the certainty

of the things you have been taught.
