We are writing to you about the Word of Life, Him Who existed from the beginning, Whom we have heard, Whom we have seen with our own eyes, Whom we have gazed upon and have touched with our hands,
For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He gave up His only begotten Son, so that whoever believes in Him shall not be destroyed but have eternal life.
