SPLENDID
Now if the dispensation of death which was engraved in letters on stone, was inaugurated with such glory and splendor that the Israelites were not able to look steadily at the face of Moses because of its brilliance, a glory which was to fade and pass away,
Why shoud not the dispensation of the Spirit (this spiritual ministry whose task it is to cause men to obtain and be governed by the Holy Spirit) be attended with much greater and more splendid glory?

EYES
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shll there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Not only is this so, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ through Whom we have now received reconciliation.

TO KNOW
I want to know Christ and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings, becoming like Him in His death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead.

We know that we are the children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one. We know also that the Son of God has come and has given us understanding, so that we may know Him Who is true. And we are in Him Who is true- even in His Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and etrnal life.

To the one we are the smell of death; to the other, the fragrance of life. And who is equal to such a task? Unlike so many, we do not peddle the word of God for profit. On the contrary, in Christ we speak before God with sincerity, like men sent from God

For if we have become one with Him by sharing a death like His, we shall also be one with Him in sharing His resurrection.
