Christ , after He had offered a single sacrifice for our sins

for all time, sat down at the right hand of God,

Then to wait until His enemies should be made a stool

beneath His feet.

For by a single offering He has forever completely

cleansed and perfected those who are consecrated

and made holy.

And also the Holy Spirit adds His testimony to us.

For having said,

This is the covenant that I will set up and conclude

with them after those days, says the Lord: I will

imprint my laws upon their hearts, and I will inscribe

them on their minds,

He then goes on to say, And their sins and lawbreaking

I will remember no more.

(Hebrews 10.12-17).

The Lord says to my Lord, Sit at My right hand, until

I make Your adversaries Your footstool.

(Psalm 110.1).

HALLELUJAH! WE THANK YOU AND PRAISE YOU

LORD JESUS FOREVERMORE!

For He is Himself our peace, our bond

of unity and harmony. He has made

us both Jew and Gentile one body,

and has broken down, destroyed, abolished

the hostile dividing wall between us.

By abolishing in His own crucified flesh

the enmity caused by the Law with its decrees

and ordinances (which he annuled), that He

from the two might create in himself one

new human (one new quality of humanity out

of the two), so making peace.

(Ephesians 2.14 and 15).

POINTS FOR PRAISE AND MEDITATION

1) Jesus Christ is our peace.

He is the way, the truth and the life.

He is our wisdom. He is the resurrection

and the life. He is also our peace.

2) The wall of separation that existed

under the old covenant no longer

exists under the new covenant.

The barrier is no longer there.

Belief in Jesus Christ allows entering into

the covenant made possible by His

blood. This covenant is made with better,

much greater and everlasting promises.
